Enrolment in any tennis programme is subject to availability, payment of applicable fees, and acceptance of the relevant programme terms communicated at the time of booking.

Programme fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refund policies for individual programmes are provided at the time of booking and will form part of your enrolment agreement.

4. Liability and assumption of risk

Participation in tennis coaching involves physical activity and carries inherent risk. Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) acknowledge and accept these risks. United Road Tennis and Coaching Inc. is not liable for any injury or loss except where caused by our negligence.
